i finally mastered SALSA
28 oz canned whole tomatoes with juice
4 cloves garlic
3 jalapenos- 2 roasted- no seeds
1/2 white onion
juice from 1 lime
course salt
garlic, onion, jalapenos, lime juice in a blender and puree
then added whole tomotoes ( i squeezed out the seeds) and pulsed it
add this to the tomato juice and then add in diced cilatro to taste. i heavily salted after prepared!
